Clinical:

a.  Cardiac Surgery:Adult cardiac surgery including extensive experience  in coronary artery bypass surgery with experience in off-pump coronary bypass in addition to valve surgery and aortic surgery.

 

 

b.  Thoracic Surgery: Lobectomy, pneumonectomy,decortication and chest trauma.

 

 

c.  Esophageal Surgery:  Esophageal dilatation, esophageal intubation for cancer   esophagus, esophagogastrectomy, colon interposition and Heller’s  esophagomyotomy.

 

e.  Endoscopy:  Esophagoscopy and bronchoscopy

  1. “Evaluation of the role of mitral valve repair in patients with mitral valve disease”.

Thesis for doctor degree in Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery done at Texas Heart Institute, Houston, Texas, USA         . Under the supervision of Prof. Denton Cooley, MD and approved at Alexandria University in May 1995.

 

  1. “Evaluation of the role of thoracoscopy in the diagnosis of pleuro-pulmonary disease”.

Thesis submitted in fulfillment of Master Degree in Surgery and approved by Alexandria University in March 1989.
