My research activities mainly focus on orthopedic and dental biomechanics stressing the following ares:

 

-        CAD/CAM systems (Solidworks/SolidCAM - Pictures for PC 3.0 modeling).

-         Finite Element Modeling of Human Joints.

-         Multibody Contact Problems of Deformable Bodies.

-         Data Acquisition Using CT (Computerized Tomography) or MR (Magnetic Resonance) Scans.

-         Image Processing and Finite Element Mesh Generation.

-         Finite Element Analysis (static and dynamic).

-        ABAQUS, ANSYS and COSMOS Finite Element Packages
