Academic Details:

  • PhD degree from the University of Leeds, UK, in 2005. The title of my PhD was:

"Recombinant virus like particles comprising hepatitis C virus (HCV) structural proteins and HCV replicon RNA"

 

 

  • Two years scientific and clinical work in the Electron Microscopy Unit at the Universuty of Leeds and I am classified as an: Electron Microscope Expert

 

Hepatitis C Virus Replication

Currently teaching undergraduate modules as well as supervising Postgraduate students.

 

Exchange Visitor Assistant Professor (2007) in UK, University of Leicester for short-term research in Nano Technology Techniques. The scholarship is sponsored by King Abdul-Aziz City for science & Technology (KACST).
