Work Experience


2007-2008              Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) - Internal audit Coordinator                                     

                                Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Coordinating between the central and regional audit sections (branch, banking and IT audit) with the responsibility of planning, maintaining detailed and accurate records, concluding various audits and communicating directly to the management.

In detail:

·        Executing audits in BSF female branches by gathering, documenting and analyzing information and evidence on the existence of risks and the effectiveness of control measures (by recording findings, observation, file reviewing, reconciliation and diagnosis)

·        Preparing the annual audit plan and timetable in accordance with the AD management

·         Preparing the training plan on mission appraisal basis and controlling all registrations

·        Preparing a controlled audit plan follow-up by recording assignment letters, closing meetings, final reports…etc.

·        Assisting in budget planning

·        Responsible for the audit division recruitment (communicating with recruitment agencies, scheduling interviews, arranging for visit visas…etc)

·        Controlling all general expenses

·        Organizing meetings, events and projects

·        Translating Arabic documents in English for the audit management

·        Controlling and updating all AD databases with SAMA and BSF circulars and policies & procedures
