§ He studied the three levels of education in his hometown (Hotat Sudair), and he was among the first five top students in the Kingdom in the General Secondary Certificate of the religious institutes.

§ He completed memorization of the Holy Quran book and obtained a formal accreditation with an excellent rate.

§ He joined the Faculty of Shari'ah in Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and obtained a bachelor's degree in Shari'ah law in 1407/1408. He was among the first five top graduates of his batch.

§ He was nominated as judge, but requested to be excused.

§ A teacher in the religious institutes of the Imam University from 1409.

§ A preacher in Omar bin al-Khattab mosque in Hotat Sudair.

§ He was dispatched to obtain a Master's degree in Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) from the Faculty of Sharia in 1418.

§ Director of the Religious Institute in Hotat Sudair from 1420 and up to 1423.

§ He obtained a master's degree in jurisprudence from the Faculty of Sharia law in 1421H. The title of the thesis was "Punishment by libel in Islamic Fiqh" under the supervision of Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Ali Al Rukban.

§ He was dispatched to obtain a doctorate degree in jurisprudence from the Faculty of Sharia law in 1424.

§ Supervisor of the graduate students' affairs, Department of Jurisprudence, Faculty of Sharia in the 1424.

§ A lecturer in some colleges of Imam University (College of Shari'ah, and the Faculty of Islamic Theology) in 1425.

§ An adviser on secondment basis in the Office of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education for girls colleges in 1428.

§ He obtained a doctorate degree in jurisprudence from the Faculty of Sharia law in 1429H. The title of the thesis was "Maintenance and its commitment to the of Islamic law inherently practical study in the literature and the law"

§ He was appointed assistant professor, Faculty of Administrative and Human Sciences in Al Majma’ah in 1430.

§ He was appointed as the Deputy Dean the College during the academic year 1429/1430H.

§ He was appointed as Head of the General Preparation Unit in the College.

Membership of committees and participations in seminars and radio programs:

§ Member of the Committee assigned to test memorizers of the Holy Qur'an until the year 1419.

§ Founding member of the board of directors of the Holy Quran Memorization Committee.
§ Member of the board of directors of Al-Bir Charitable Society in Hotat Sudair and "Vice Chairman” for several years.

§ Founding member of the Saudi Fiqh Society at the Faculty of Shari’ah in Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic.

§ Member of the Secretariat General of Enlightenment in Makkah in 1409.

§ Member of a number of central libraries in Riyadh city.

§ Member of the Examinations Committee in the religious institutes and some faculties of Imam Mohamed bin Saud Islamic University during his work there and Chairman of the examinations committee of the College of Administrative and Human Sciences in Al Majma’ah during the first semester of the academic year 1429/1430H.
§ Chairman of the follow-up Committee on the progress of examinations in the College of Administrative and human Sciences in Al Majma’ah during the second semester of the academic year 1429/143H.

§ Member of the Committee on attracting qualified Saudi cadres which was formed in the College of Administrative and Human Sciences in Al Majma’ah.
