    By the end of the Course The student should be able to:

    1. Know the basis of organic chemistry.
    2. Know the Isomerism and its importance in biological activity.
    3. Know the Classification of organic compounds.
    4. Identify the Aromatic and heterocyclic compounds.
    5. Know the Types and reactivity of functional groups like halides, alcohols, amines, ketones, ethers, carboxylic acids and their derivatives.
