1. Preparation of different types of specimens for microscopic examination

2. Enabling the student to know the histology of different types of tissues.

and Fine needle aspirate (FNAC).

Specimen collection, receiving and Labeling:                                        2 hours

(a) Type of specimens - Surgical, Gynaecological

smear, Non Gynaecological as body fluids, nipple

discharge, scrape smear from eye, buccal etc, fine

needle aspiration, semen analysis
