1-Biochemical Research:

·         Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)

·         Fast-Dot Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay.

·         SDS- Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis.

·         Staining of the Polyacrylamide Gels with Coomassie blue and Silver Stain.

·         Western Immuno-Blotting.

·         Electroelution of Protein from Polyacrylamide Gels.

·         Peptide Mapping, and Routine Clinical Investigation.

2-Molecular Biology Research (PCR research(

·         Extraction of Nucleic Acids from Blood.

·         Extraction of Nucleic Acids from Body Secretions.

·         Purification of DNA & RNA.

·         Amplification of DNA & RNA using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR).

·         Diagnosis of Hepatitis C Virus by PCR.

·         Preparation of single cells (lymphocyte isolation)

·         Microbiological procedures; Manual inoculation.

·         Endocrinology worked over Axsym and Vidas.

·         Blood bank procedures; including blood grouping, cross matching and blood separation.
