I am an academician and true researcher. I completed Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management & Research, Aligarh Muslim University, India, in the year 2005. I am bio-science graduate, post graduate in Public Administration and having PG Diploma in Human Resource Development from Lucknow University, India.
Apart from my academic and professional qualifications, I completed 2 years R&D Project titled ‘Role Stress Among Varied Occupational Groups’ sponsored by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE-Ministry of HRD) as a capacity of Research Associate in the year December, 2000 to November, 2002. I was also a part of writing team of Monograph on ‘Role Stress Among Varied Occupational Groups’ published in year 2004. I attended a two weeks workshop on ‘Stress Management’ organized by National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD-Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India) in the year 2002. In addition, I also completed two week’s Program on Data Analysis, organized by Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India in the year 2001.
I attended two national level conferences and presented research papers. At present, working on two research papers in the area like stress management and expat management.
I served India’s premier business schools like IIMT Greater Noida, Graphic Era University (Deemed University), Dehradun and previously as Assistant Dean, IILM Business School, Varanasi Campus. I have enjoyed both academic and administrative experiences. I taught there HRM and Specialisation subjects like Training & Development, Human Resource Planning and Development, International Human Resource Management and Performance Management at UG & PG Management Students.
