Current Research Interests Include the Following:

1. General Field Surveys on Fungal Plant Diseases on Important Crops in Saudi Arabia and until now for example surveys on Fungal Root Diseases of Greenhouse Crops and on Date Palm Fungal Diseases and on Olive Fungal Disease in Saudi Arabia were conducted.

2. Different Studies on Fungal Root Disease of Important Crops.

3. Testing Pathogenicity of Different Fungal Pathogens.

4. Testing Biological Control of Important Fungal Pathogens.

5. Testing Chemical Control of Important Fungal Pathogens using Localy available Products.

6. Testing Degree of Resistance of important Plant Varieties
