Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) is produced by choroid plexus in all ventricles. CSF flows from ventricles to subarachnoid space around the brain & spinal cord. Resorption of CSF into the venous blood occurs via arachnoid granulations in the Sup. Sag. Sinus.
