O. Foerster, The Dermatomes in Man. Brain  56: 1-39, 1933 &
J.J. Keegan and F.D. Garrett, The Segmental Distribution of the Cutaneous Nerves in the Limbs of Man. Anat. Rec.  102: 409-438, 1948.
This dermatomal map is a composite of the map by Foerster, 1933 and that by Keegan & Garrett, 1948. Note the extensive overlap in dermatomes when a single diagram combines the maps from these two sources.
