-EMG pattern recording as a reliable measure of spasticity.
-EMG pattern recording to evaluate the effectiveness of different treatment approaches of spasticity.
-Neural activity recordings at cellular basis.
-Physiology and anatomy of sensorymotor integration.
-Capacity of vision to substitute for the lost somatic input.
-Role of proprioceptive input in planning and feedforward (i.e., not only feedback) control of movement and posture, and whether or not the role of sensory information in controlling the initiation and timing of movements is task-dependent.
-Measurements of plasticity in the sensorymotor system.
-Role of “enriched environment” in enhancement of plasticity in the sensorymotor system.
-Factors accelerate and decelerate plasticity in the sensorymotor system.
-Effects of sensory deprivation on plasticity in the sensorymotor system.
