EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT

 

SECONDARY EDUCATION

Graduated from King Abdulaziz Secondary School, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Period of study from 1987-1989.

UNIVERSITY EDUCATION

MBBS ,Ch.B from Medical Collage, King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Period of study was from 1989-1996.

INTERNSHIP TRAINING

The courses during the Internship training included: Three months in Medicine; Three months in Surgery; Two months in Pediatrics; Two months in Obstetrics/Gynecology and one month Radiology. The period of training was from Feb. 01. 1996 to Jan .31. 1997. It  was don in King Abdulaziz University Hospital.

POSTGRADUATE TRAINING

Field Epidemiology Training Program (Equivalent to Master degree(MsC) by Saudi Council for Health Specialties-SCHS, Medical Collage, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The period of study was from 15.Sept. 1997 to 15 Sept.1999.

Arab Board of Community Medicine, Joint Program of Family and Community Medicine Program (JPFCM), The period of study was from 15. Oct 2003 to 15 Dec 2007.

 

EMPLOYMENT

From Oct 1999 to Feb 2003 worked as trainer, epidemiologist in Field Epidemiology Training Program and Lecturer of  Medical Reseach and Community Medicine Courses.

Harvard Graphics (HG3), Uses of Microcomputers in Diseases Surveillance, Outbreak investigation and other Epidemiologic studies in Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP), Collage of Medicine, King Saud University,Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
