Sientific Experiences related to pharmaceutical area:

·        Experience on using HPLC using UV, Fluorescence, Electrochemical or Refractive index detector.

·        Experience on isolation of DNA and RNA using Southern and Northern blotting techniques respectively.

·        Experience on separation and quantification of proteins using Western blotting technique.

·        Experience on using the PCR technique for the amplification of DNA.

·        Experience on using different in-vitro intestinal models such intestinal rings, intestinal sacs, etc. for studying drug transport and absorption across the intestine.

·        Possibility of help in developing training programs related to the drug analysis and quality control.
